How can i see what condition cards are in?

We do our best to get quality pictures of the front and back of cards to show the quality of all cards. However due to the sheer amount of cards and stock we have for sale we use a illustrational images for some of our listings.

We list the condition inside of the product description to ensure you know what condition the listing is.

Are the cards authentic?

Yes all single cards and slabs are checked to ensure they are Authentic. We get all of our cards and slabs from legitimate vendors.

can i make an offer on cards?

Yes, go to the product page and click the make an offer button.

We will then review the offer made and either accept, decline or counter-offer.

ARE the graded slabs authentic?

Yes, every graded slab we offer is 100% authentic and is checkable via the grading platform.

Do you plan on offering more than Pokemon products?

We do plan on offering other branded products in the near future.

Will my purchases be protected during delivery?

Yes, we try our best to ensure all purchases are protected from damage during transit.

All purchases will be packaged inside of sleeves protected by cardboard and bubble envelopes. Any item valued above £5 also be protected by a top loader.

how long does it take for delivery?

My purchase was damaged during delivery, what can i do?

We try our best to ensure all purchases are protected from damage during transit, however as we have no control during delivery we know there may be potential for purchases to be damaged.

Do you accept returns?

All single cards are non-refundable. However at our discretion we may allow a refund for exceptional circumstances, such as damage during transit.
